Resilience Course – Fiji Resort

Based out of a stunning Fiji resort island these courses will be a perfect mix of Resort activities, resilience tools and contemporary leadership theory.

Where you become more resilient…

Participants will be asked to be themselves and enjoy what activities the resort and island have to offer. This unique ingredient can expose participants on how they make decisions, deal with stressful information and interact with others.

The contemporary theory sessions will help you understand your behaviours and how to improve your resilience in the increasingly hectic environments we are now working and living in.  The goal; to improve your wellbeing and relationships.

Strategically located on a resort island this five-day course has a deliberate mix of key ingredients in an intimate environment away from the workplace. This is an exciting opportunity in being involved in a dedicated and professional development programme designed around resilience, self awareness, relaxation, recuperation and reward for you and your deserving staff.

Leveraging your strengths (blue thinking or Potential report) and mitigating your weaknesses (red thinking or Developmental report) can only come from self awareness. Here is the content that can help you get the understanding you need -

  • Leadership Benchmark 360 feedback from your workplace
  • Hogan Personality Assessments
  • Self-and-peer feedback

Resilience is the key to limit red thinking. Here is the content covered in our resilience courses that can help you stay in the blue  -

  • Mindfulness

Ashley has worked with an array of leaders who have all demonstrated the many and varying styles of leadership. Through an understanding of leadership profiling and the use of development tools, Ashley has aided in their leadership awareness and effectiveness whilst working in an austere environment. Ashley utilises a fully participative instructional delivery style. His inclusive approach allows all to own the lesson/discussion and thereby draw on personal examples to improve. Ashley is an open and enthusiastic individual. His zest for life creates a positive vibe that encourages people to achieve. Challenging people to move out of their comfort zone has associated risk. Ashley puts safety first whilst still achieving challenging and dynamic environments.
